4. Sharing your data with event partners

Some events listed in our programme are hosted or delivered by trusted third-party partners. If you register for one of these events, we will share your registration details (such as your name and contact information) with the event host so they can manage attendee numbers, provide access to the venue, and ensure the event runs smoothly. We will only share the minimum information necessary for these purposes and the host is required to handle your data in accordance with UK data protection law.

5. Payments

All online payments are processed by trusted third-party providers such as [Stripe]. These providers handle your card details securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We never store your full payment information on our systems.

6. How we protect your information

We store personal data securely within the UK or European Economic Area (EEA). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. event venues, IT providers) where necessary to deliver our services, under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. This is usually up to 6 years for financial records, in line with HMRC requirements, and shorter for marketing data unless you remain subscribed.
