Medilink Midlands welcomed some of the region’s most innovative and interesting life sciences and health tech companies to their annual awards evening at the Grand Station in Wolverhampton on Thursday.
The evening was organised by Medilink Midlands – bringing together sector experts including leading clinicians, academics and investors and celebrating achievements by organisations who’ve driven economic growth, innovation and improved lives.
Winners across 11 different categories were declared with many of the winners now set to progress to represent the midlands at the national Medilink awards which are taking place in London in July – bringing together innovators who’ve succeeded across the 5 regional Medilink organisations.
Professor Martin Levermore MBE DL, Chair of Medilink Midlands said: “These awards celebrate not only individual achievement, but also the strength and collaborative spirit of our region. - Excellence in Innovation Award – 3P Innovation
- Outstanding Achievement Award – Clinitouch by Spirit Health
- One to Watch – Judges’ Choice Award – TCC-CASEMIX
The evening highlighted the value of partnerships and the important role that service providers play in the field of life sciences. Guests of the event were also well entertained with string performances from Sapphire strings and a captivating Bollywood performance from Bollywood Dreams.
