We are excited to invite you to a distinguished event hosted by the West Midlands Robotics and Autonomous Systems Cluster (led by the University of Birmingham and the Manufacturing Technology Centre).

The West Midlands, boasts a robust MedTech manufacturing sector, making it the largest concentration of MedTech businesses in the UK and the second-largest employer in this field.
Robotics, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence offer significant potential to deliver real-time improvements in addressing the challenges faced by the NHS, particularly those arising from an ageing population and increasing demand for healthcare services. Cutting-edge robotics and automation systems are poised to transform medical and healthcare operations by enhancing precision, efficiency, and patient care.

This event will feature presentations from three innovative start-ups engaged in the automation of healthcare, followed by a panel discussion exploring the challenges and opportunities within this field.
