Dr. Farnaz Behroozi  – Dr. Farnaz Behroozi is an execution-focused leader in pharma and life sciences, with deep expertise in strategy, financial analysis, and operational transformation. She currently serves as Head of Pharma at Huma Therapeutics, a billion-dollar digital health company backed by AstraZeneca, Bayer, Hitachi Ventures, Sony, and others. At Huma, she drives global commercial strategy, secures multimillion-dollar partnerships, shapes co-investments , and leads national-level digital health collaborations. Prior to Huma, Farnaz held strategic consulting roles at top global firms, including BCG, McKinsey & Company, and Deloitte. In these positions, she advised leading pharmaceutical companies on innovation, digital transformation, R&D optimization, sales excellence, and operational turnarounds, consistently delivering measurable growth and efficiency improvements. She holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from EPFL and Sharif University, and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Physics from the University of California.
